• Entry clearance spouse / partner (10-year route): £2,000
• Spouse visa from inside the UK (5-year route): £600 – £1,000

• Entry clearance fiancé(e) visa: £1,000 – £1,500
• Dependent children (5-year or 10-year routes): £600 per child

• Settlement (5-year route): £1,000 – £1,500
• Settlement (long residence): £1,500
• British citizenship (adult): £600 – £900
• British citizenship (child): £400 – £900
Appeals & Reviews
• Appeal – adult dependent relative: £6,000 (includes court fee and attendance at hearing)
• Appeal – spouse visa: £3,000 (includes court fee and attendance at hearing)
• Appeal – child dependent relative: £4,000 (includes court fee and attendance at hearing)
• Appeal – family reunion: £4,000 (includes court fee and attendance at hearing)
• Pre-action protocol (PAP): £500
Consultation
• Consultation (1 hour): £300
All fees are for our professional legal services only and are exclusive of VAT, where applicable. Home Office application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), Tribunal fees, biometric enrolment fees, translation costs and any other third-party disbursements are not included unless expressly stated otherwise and are payable separately. Our fees may vary depending on the complexity of the matter, and any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed with you before further charges are incurred.
